Position Mission

Staff Care provides world-class investment in its people by providing care, counsel, and resources to help staff flourish as individuals and in their roles. The mission of HR Operations is to provide full operational leadership and oversight for FOCUS by providing consultation, support, and smooth functioning across the HR groups and FOCUS. This position works closely with leaders in HR and FOCUS to establish efficient and consistent processes and procedures. 

Position Responsibilities

  • HR workflow oversight to ensure smooth procedures and operational functioning within FOCUS.
  • Take on the role of full HR operational knowledge for FOCUS to provide guidance, improve efficiencies, improve quality, productivity, and efficiencies.
  • Ensure scalable and solid HR structures in place for growth within FOCUS.
  • Monitor and oversee the operations for internal HR systems and databases, such as employee onboarding, employee data management, performance management, compensation and benefits execution, and offboarding.
  • Lead HR operational matters and systems, identifying areas of growth and promulgating solutions.
  • Manage company HRCM.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Strong competency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel

Compensation & Benefits

For this role, we anticipate paying $60,000 - $75,000/year. (This role is also eligible for bonus pay.) This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.

Personal Mission Partner Development (MPD) is one way in which FOCUS invites others to be on mission with us through the gift of their financial support. In this position, the HR Operations personnel will be expected to fundraise a minimum of $3,260 per month to support their work with FOCUS.
