Position Mission

FOCUS Share exists to inform parishioners about FOCUS, inspire them with accounts of conversions and vocations, and invite them to financially support FOCUS. The FOCUS Share Specialist reports to the Director of FOCUS Share. The Specialist’s main responsibilities are to obtain speaking assignments for the FOCUS Share speakers’ bureau at parishes as well as oversee other aspects of the program which includes training and assistant supervising of FOCUS Share Coordinators. The FOCUS Share speakers’ bureau is made up of priests who are friends of FOCUS who celebrate Mass at parishes across the country, bringing more awareness to the work of FOCUS.  

Position Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete Parish talks
• Solicit Parishes
• Mailing information packets and note cards
• Coordinate FOCUS Share Parish Missionary relationships
• Print materials for FOCUS Share information packets
• Archdiocese and Diocesan Research
• Solicitation strategy
• Primary trainer for FOCUS Share Coordinator and assist in supervision

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred
• Strong competency with CRMs and Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel
• Call center and or sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Catholic Church, especially hierarchy, titles, and parish procedure very helpful

Compensation & Benefits

For this role, we anticipate paying $55,000/year. This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.
