Employee Relations Manager
Location: Golden, CO preferred

Position Mission
Staff Care provides world-class investment in its people by providing care, counsel, and resources to help staff flourish as individuals and in their roles. An ER Area Rep (Manager) is responsible for being the representative of a particular area(s) of the apostolate to handle staff care and employee relations issues, ranging from offering recommendations, counsel, mitigating conflict, creative plans for developing staff, and more. The ER Area Rep also assists with and collaborates with suitability hiring reviews.
Position Responsibilities
- Employee Relations - Personnel
- Communicate with leadership
- Analyze and review personnel trends
- Meet with Collegiate Outreach leadership of delegated areas
- Check-ins and pastoral care for employees
- Keep personnel report accurate
- Respond to external inquiries
- Prepare documents for resignation conversations, termination conversations, administrative leave, special assignments, etc.
- Teach New Staff Training classes and serve at SEEK as needed
- Suitability
- Assist and collaborate with the Suitability team and hiring process
- Serve as a primary point of contact for hiring HRs and ADs on hiring recommendations
- Employee Services
- Collaborate with HR Operations regarding implementation and alignment for FOCUS policies in Collegiate Outreach
- Cultivate Divine Intimacy
- Pray in community, including scheduled department prayer time (Holy-half hour minimum) and DSC- Divine Mercy Chaplet at 3p.m.; attend sacraments as often as possible
- Avail yourself of other spiritual opportunities (see Guidelines for Divine Intimacy at the DSC policy)
- Be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, and maintain a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people outside of FOCUS. Live out the moral life in Christ (see e.g. Oath of Fidelity and relevant policies)
- Personal MPD
- Raise the monthly target goal
- Annual 5% increase in monthly support
Compensation & Benefits
For this role, we anticipate paying $45,000 - $84,000/year. This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.
