Alumni Mission Manager

Position Mission & Summary 

The FOCUS Alumni Team exists to support our alumni as they continue to know Christ Jesus and fulfill His Great Commission — living missionary discipleship out in the world. 

As a Mission Manager, you’ll bring that mission to life by coaching and supporting Alumni Coordinators who lead Communities of Mission (CoMs) across the country—while also serving as the Coordinator of your own local CoM. You’ll accompany Coordinators as they welcome alumni, build community, and encourage missionary discipleship in their cities. You’ll provide clarity, vision, and structured support, helping each CoM operate with consistency and vitality. This role blends relational leadership, strategic guidance, and hands-on CoM experience, and will include periodic visits to the cities you manage to strengthen relationships and support local mission efforts.

Compensation & Benefits

For this role, we anticipate paying $60,000 - $90,000/year. This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.

Personal Mission Partner Development (MPD) is one way in which we invite others to be on mission with us through the gift of their financial support. In this position, we will invite you to engage in personal MPD efforts and fundraise on behalf of the FOCUS. This position will be expected to fundraise between $5,000-$7,500 a month to support their work with FOCUS. To thrive in serving the mission, the candidate will receive world-class training in this area and ample time to engage in their fundraising efforts.
