Talent Acquisition Manager

Position Mission
FOCUS’ Mission is “To Know Christ Jesus and Fulfill His Great Commission.” This role will aid the talent acquisition for the Denver Support Staff through mission-fit hiring strategies, leveraging best practices like Predictive Index and Topgrading methodologies, building strong recruitment networks, and facilitating effective talent development - all to ensure FOCUS has the right people in the right seats to support its rapidly growing missionary work.
Position Responsibilities
- Hiring Leadership:
- Owner of the TopGrading system to hire A Performing staff in the right seats
- Conduct thorough phone screens
- Ownership of the hiring process, maintaining timely communication with candidates, and open communication with departments
- Become an expert and train interviewers on proper evaluation techniques, hiring processes, and hiring tools (e.g., Predictive Index, TopGrading hire, etc.)
- Continuously refine the interview process based on outcome data and hiring manager feedback
- Develop an Online presence to promote FOCUS Talent opportunities
- Recruiter Network Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiters
- Establish clear expectations and performance metrics for external recruitment partners.
- Regularly evaluate recruiter performance and maintain a preferred vendor list.
- Create and manage a robust candidate pipeline through these partnerships
- Maintain recruiter contracts and payment schedules
- Internal Transfer Process Ownership
- Design and implement a transparent, efficient Internal Transfer Process.
- Build relationships with department heads and key stakeholders to understand their talent needs.
- Run system to identify and track internal talent ready for new opportunities and track progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Predictive Index Certification (not required)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HCM
Compensation & Benefits
For this role, we anticipate paying $57,750 - $70,500/year. This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.
