Manager of Community of Mission Operations
Location: Golden, CO
Hours: Full-time
Position Mission and Summary
The FOCUS Alumni Team exists to support our alumni as they continue to know Christ Jesus and fulfill His Great Commission - living missionary discipleship out in the world.
As our Manager of Community of Mission Operations, you’ll bring that mission to life by building and leading the systems that support every Community of Mission nationwide. This role blends high-level systems architecture with remote oversight of implementation - ensuring that Mission Managers, Alumni Coordinators, and future specialists have the tools, clarity, and support they need to run vibrant and healthy Communities of Mission. Over time, you will grow and lead a small team dedicated to scaling these processes across dozens of cities.
You'll love this role if you're someone who:
- Is energized by designing systems that bring order, clarity, and scale
- Thrives when building processes from scratch and improving them over time
- Enjoys enabling others to succeed by giving them tools, structure, and support
- Values collaboration with on-the-ground leaders while working remotely
- Feels called to strengthen missionary communities across the country
